TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION

These terms and conditions apply to the sale of any limited edition work by B-TAP to you.

PURCHASES

Prices are quoted in £ sterling unless quoted in other currencies and do not include packaging and delivery. This additional cost must be added to the price of the work, and is non-refundable if you decide to return the work. We accept payment by cheque, but the artwork will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. We will only accept cash if buying in person from B-TAP.

FRAMING

All work is sold unframed unless stated, or unless specific arrangements have been made and agreed with B-TAP.

COPYRIGHT

Copyright of the artwork remains the property of the artist. You may not produce any image of the work, and may not publish any image of the artwork to any third party. The artist has produced the artwork on the understanding that it will be available for purchase exclusively through B-TAP. It is expected that the artwork will not be purchased for resale.

DELIVERY

All editions are sent by recorded delivery. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of artwork. If you wish to have the artwork delivered to another country, B-TAP will determine how much the extra shipping cost will be. This must be confirmed by B-TAP before an order is made.

CANCELLATIONS

If a customer wishes to cancel an order for any reason, there will be no charge up until the time the artwork has been dispatched. If an order is cancelled after the artwork has been dispatched, the customer will be refunded the price of the artwork (once it has been returned in good condition) but not the shipping cost. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the artwork. It is advised to leave the artwork in the packaging it was sent in.

GUARANTEE

B-TAP offers a 14-day money back guarantee if your edition arrives damaged in any way. Refunds for any other reason will be at the discretion of B-TAP.

PRIVACY

B-TAP will not give your personal details to any third party without your consent.
